One recipient of CTC Trail Leader Award training in September, David H, compiled the attached draft MTB Leadership Training Notes summarising many of the lessons learnt.  Please contact if you did the course with David and wish to make a suggested addition.

We hope that this initiative will lead to more CTC and British Cycling club members in the south west qualifying as leaders and leading rides, encouraging new people into off-road cycling.
