Before setting out it’s worth finding where to go local to your adventure if mechanical trouble strikes or drooling at new bikes is a pre-requisite of a good day out. Most shops offer spares and accessories, but not all offer repairs and servicing, so check out our listings or the shop’s own website before you visit – or give them a call!

The south west is home to many small bike shops and we want to support them as much as possible. These shops can be the best place to go for advice on local riding opportunities before a ride as well as to meet people who are passionate about riding. Bike shops can often fix mechanical problems while you wait but it’s always best to ask nicely!
