Improvement works to the car park have finished and construction of the trail is continuing, and is due to finish at the end of July. However, the trail will not be opened for several weeks after completion, so please refrain from cycling on the newly laid surface to allow it to settle and bed in, which will make for a much more resilient and longer-lasting surface.

Information is provided on site although the contractor is working to ensure that disruption to people enjoying the area should be minimal. Please observe all safety signage.
