The Forest of Dean has been chosen as ‘Best Trail Network’ in the December issue of MBR Magazine.
The magazine declared that: “Now… with the construction of the new waymarked Verderer’s Trail, there’s even more reason to get pedalling not just freewheeling…”.
More praise for the developments came from Ian Officer, Manager of Pedalabikeaway, who said in local paper The Citizen: “We’ve had one of our busiest ever years. Even last weekend [mid-November], I guess the weather helped, we had one of the busiest days of the year. The project has made a massive difference.”
