Development of the interactive map is going well, as we prepare for the launch next month.

We’re currently testing the map with our project partners and working out any gremlins, but thus far things are progressing well. Information on the completed trailhubs is up to date, and Cycle City Guides are setting a blistering pace as they blaze a trail (although not literally!) surveying the region’s protected landscapes. By the time of the launch we will also have information on promoted routes and bike hire and sales businesses across the region.

We’re also excited about the ‘saddlebag’ utility that the developers Altcom are working on too. You’ll be able to add items like trails and business to your saddlebag itinerary and share it with your friends via Facebook, Twitter or email.
