Following an extensive procurement process we have now appointed a contractor to build the trails at Cardinham Woods, near Bodmin in Cornwall.
Clixby’s Forest & Environment Contractors have experience of constructing high quality cycle trails and have already worked with to build the Yer Tiz Trail in Leigh Woods near Bristol. Construction at Cardinham Woods is scheduled to start in mid May.
The National Trust have also appointed an architect to draw up plans for the cycle hire building which will be sited in the visitor car park for Lanhydrock House. Construction of the trails and hub facilities at Lanhydrock will take place during 2013.
